Rules
Term and Condition:
All teams must be available to play to all games throughout the entire tournament period. Requests for schedule is available should be submitted at least 14 days before the event via email to bccourtside@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate all requests but not promise.
The tournament director reserves the right to merge divisions or reassign teams based on their strength to create a memorable and positive tournament.
Refund Policy:
We offer refunds for cancellations made at least 20 days prior to the tournament start date. Please note that a processing fee of $50 will apply to each refund request. Approved refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the event.
In the event of game cancellations due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will be issued a full refund. Additionally, if a team decides to forfeit their participation, we unfortunately will not issue any refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Ball Size:
- Size 6 ball used for U13 Below
- Size 7 ball used for U14+
Eligibility:
Teams are required to provide identification for all their players. The roster must be submitted prior to the game.

This chart outlines the age/grade eligibility criteria for each age group, including the eligibility about players born between September 1 and December 31 having the options to play in their division or to play down an age group as specified.
Teams with players confirmed to be on the wrong age team will be automatically disqualified from competing for the championship and will not be eligible for any awards associated with it.
